Wells Fargo/ASC Short Sales

Wells Fargo Short Sales are some of our favorites.  They are relatively straight forward in negotiating without an overlong processing time.  One of the few banks where the negotiators call us to check on a file.  We have successfully negotiated extremely large short sales with this bank and are very comfortable operating in their hierarchy.  As the consumer, you can feel confident that we can get these done.
